1-Release the Old
Bringing old trauma into a new
relationship is like taking a trip to a
beautiful destination and packing a
suitcase of dirty clothes. What is the
point of moving on if you don't intend
on moving on?
2-Embrace the New
Learning how to love again can be hard, but it should also be enjoyable. Think about the days when you first met... sparks flew, laughter was abundant, and the smile never left your face. Yes, there will be times where something will trigger an old memory, but you have to remember: you married this man for a reason.
3-My Personal Journey
As someone who has experienced a long-term marriage, a divorce, and has gotten remarried, it is extremely important to me to help other women find success where I failed. If sharing my scars will save even one woman from getting so much as a scratch, I will consider it a job well done.
